Method 1:
Now, to start out, ground yourself, (or do ki breathing) like you should before every time you train
your ki, then get into any stance. It can be a riding horse stance, a fighting stance, sitting, whatever suits you best. Now,
your first few times making a ki ball you will want to do a ki flame first, until you get the hang of it - the ki flame will
make your energy flow more easily to form the ball. Next, place your hands about 3 inches apart, in a position as if you were
holding on to a softball. Your fingers on each hand can be spread apart or they can be right next to each other, whichever
way is more comfortable for you.
Now, visualize you ki flowing through your body (and from your Dan Tien), up through
your chest, down your arms, and into your hands; or, if it is easier, flowing from your dan tien, out of your stomach, through
the air, and into your hands; when it reaches your hands, visualize it flowing out of your palms in kind of a stream, and
when it meets in between your hands, compiling and forming into a ball. Or, if that doesn't work, you can just picture your
hands starting to glow and a ki ball fading into view between your hands, or picture ki swirling in between your hand and
forming a ball, or even make up your own way to do it. If your palms start getting warm/tingly/electric/magnetic, you are
making a ki ball. Remember, some feel tingling, some feel heat, some both, so if you don't feel one or the other, don't worry.
NOTE: Do not worry if you cannot see your ki ball the first times making it. There are a couple
ways to see your ki.
Method 2:
First I would suggest grounding yourself if your a begginer, after that concentrate on your hara then send the ki to your
hands, form this ki that is at your hands into a ball and voila a ki ball. You shouldn't have your hands clamped together
it should be about 2 to 4 inches apart, after you've made the ki ball you would feel tingling on your hands it should feel
good and warm this may also be felt all throughout your body(note must have done well on meditation to do this if you don't
get it your first try keep trying). What you do with the ki ball is up to you; you can do a ki blast(hard for a begginer)
or you can heal someone to heal someone just will the ki ball to heal them and push it into their body preferably where the
body part hurts. Next thing to try is making two ki balls this is more advanced and pretty much self explanatory.
Method 3:
Ki ball Begin by putting your hands into a cupped shape. The best way to do this is to make an 'r'
shape with both hands and overlap them to where it creates as little open space as possible. While maintaining this position,
concentrate on your Tan Tien, which is a chakra roughly 2 1/2 inches below your navel and 3 inches in. Visualize it as a ball
of energy in the color that works best for you. You should have already done the exercise to figure out the best color. Now,
visualize that ball of energy turn into a soft, flowing mass. Bring that energy up through the middle, branching out at your
collorbone to your arms. Bring the energy down through your arms and focus the energy into a ball between your hands. This
is a ki ball. You'll know you've successfully created one if you feel pressure, slight heat, and possibly tingling. If you
feel a continuous sensation, you have made a Ki ball. If you just feel a short sensation, keep training and practicing.
Method
4:
1) Hold your hands out in from of you like you're holding a basketball. 2) Feel the Ki in your Tan Tien and move it
to your chest. 3) From there, move the Ki to your hand. 4) Visualize Ki coming out of both of your palms, swirling together
to make a ball. 5) If you feel anything in your palms; pressure, heat, cold, tingling, you have a Ki Ball.
